What is Jiu Jitsu?
Jiu Jitsu is a Japanese practical self protection system. It’s simple techniques are also enjoyed and practised for sports within different T.J.K sporting formats.
Available for men, women and children aged 5 ¾ (nearly 6yrs)

Where possible classes are split into:-
Adult Classes for beginners
Adult Classes for intermediate and advanced
Children Classes for beginners age nearly 6 to 9 yrs of age
Children Classes for beginners aged 10+ yrs of age
Children Classes for intermediate and advanced.
